What is the difference between Free, Starter, and Standard?
Free gives you 3 GB and 25,000 actions — ideal for exploring the platform. Starter ($5/mo) gives 30 GB and 300,000 actions for small teams. Standard ($17/mo per pack) unlocks everything: video review, branching, team access control, and full collaboration features — scalable with additional packs.
What counts as an action?
An action is anything your team does on the platform — uploading a file, downloading a file, browsing a folder, previewing a document, syncing changes, or searching for content. Normal team usage stays well within the included limits.
What happens if I exceed my storage or actions?
Simply add another Standard pack at $17/month. Each pack adds 100 GB and 750,000 more actions. Or move to a bulk tier for a lower per-pack price. You can add as many packs as you need.
How do bulk discounts work?
When you commit to multiple Standard packs, the price per pack decreases — from $17 down to $12.50 for 200 packs. Storage and actions scale linearly, and all seats remain unlimited at every tier.
Is there really no per-seat charge?
